Job Description Summary En étroite collaboration avec l’organisation commerciale, vous serez responsable de la réalisation des offres techniques et commerciales couvrant les gammes de produits et solutions Grid Automation, pour les marchés France, Benelux et Afrique subsaharienne. Job Description Principales Responsabilités: Fournir aux organisations commerciales des offres techniques et commerciales sur les opportunités relevant de son périmètre. Pour se faire, analyser un cahier des charges technique et commercial d’un client, élaborer une solution technique, calculer les coûts de cette solution, anayser les risques, définir une stratégie d’offre et un modèle de livraison, définir un cadre juridique. Le tout en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, opérationnelles, R&D, ingénieurs d’application, juristes, fiscalistes, etc… Apporter son support aux équipes commerciales lors des phases de clarifications et négociations. Apporter son support aux équipes opérationnelles sur sur les offres réalisées ou transférées. Garantir le respect des processus définis par Grid Solutions « Policicy 5.0 » et Grid Automation « GE EC GS GA S&T » sur les opportunités relevant de son périmètre. Participer à la création et amélioration d’outils de chiffrage de l’équipe Devis. Maintenir à jour vos connaissances (techniques, commerciales, juridiques.) pour la préparation des appels d'offres dans votre périmètre selon les directives GE EC GS GA S&T. Savoir fournir un rapport hebdomadaire complet, factuel et synthétique à votre hiérarchie sur la progression de son travail. Savoir alerter précocement et faire remonter les problèmes rencontrés. Capacité à développer, articuler et déployer des solutions efficaces aux problèmes rencontrés Mettre en œuvre les instructions issues des politiques groupe et site : éthique et conformité, qualité, HSE et cybersécurité Qualifications/Compétences requises: Diplôme en génie électrique ou équivalent. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est obligatoire Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en protection et contrôle des sous-stations électriques HTB/HTA Solides connaissances techniques de l'environnement « Réseau/Poste » : contrôle-commande et protection numérique, supervision, gestion d'actifs et cybersécurité OT. Bonne connaissance du calcul des coûts et de l'estimation du budget du projet. Analyse et gestion rigoureuses des risques du projet. Bonnes connaissances en planification de projets. Capacité à définir des priorités et à gérer plusieurs offres en parallèle. La différence crée l’énergie. In this role, the engineer will be part of the Grid Automation Business and work with the cluster tendering leader. You will responsible for realization of technical and commercial bids covering Grid Automation’s product ranges and solutions, for France Benelux & Sub-Saharan Africa markets. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide sales organization with commercial and technical quotes on opportunities within its scope. - Analyze customer’s technical and commercial specifications, develop a technical solution, define an offer strategy with a clear delivery model, evaluate the associated costs & analyze the risks impacts, define a legal framework in close collaboration with members of the organization: Commercial, Operational, Application engineers, R&D, legal counsel & tax specialists. - Support sales teams during the clarification phases and commercial negotiations - Provide support to the operational teams on the offers made or transferred. - Guarantee compliance with the processes defined by Grid Solutions “Policy 5.0” and Grid Automation “GE EC GS GA S&T” on opportunities within its scope. - Participate in the creation and improvement of tendering team tools. - Maintain your knowledge up to date (technical, commercial, legal..) for bid preparation within your scope according to the GE EC GS GA S&T guidelines. - Know how to provide a complete, factual, and summary weekly report to your hierarchy on the progress of your work. - Know how to alert early and escalate problems encountered. - Ability to develop, articulate and deploy effective solutions on problem encountered - Implement instructions from the group and site policies: ethics and compliance, quality, HSE, and Cyber security - Follow the company compliance policies Required Qualifications - Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. -Fluency in English and French are mandatory -Minimum of 5 years of experience in protection & control for HTB/ HTA electrical substations - Solid technical knowledge of the “Network/Substation” environment: digital control & protection, monitoring, asset management and OT cybersecurity. -Good knowledge of cost calculation & project budget estimation. -Strong project risk analysis and management. -Good knowledge in project planning. -Ability to define priorities and manage several offers in parallel.
