Job Description Summary Job Description Job Specifications: Develop and implement procedures, work instructions, and indicators to achieve established quality criteria. Enhance culture, processes, and review methods. Train organization personnel on procedures and tools related to operational control and environmental management. Support in the development of internal and external audits. Assist in defining and monitoring compliance with objectives. Aid in identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities. Monitor and evaluate indicators. Analyze customer complaints and claims, propose actions, and follow up. Supervise compliance with quality and environmental plans for the projects we undertake. Manage generated waste. Analyze and monitor incidents and non-conforming products. Identify and evaluate applicable legal requirements. Analyze process performance and lead improvement plans related to operational control and environmental management. Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, meetings, etc.) and sessions for all employees. Requirements: Desirable some  previous experience in implementing quality and environmental systems. Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management. Desirable training in quality  management (ISO 9001) and Environment (ISO 14001) Knowledge of waste manager and applicable regulations. Change management skills. If contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
