Job Description Summary Job Description Poste et missions : Missions principales : Mettre à jour l’évaluation des risques professionnels Digitaliser le document unique d’évaluation des risques professionnels, en lien avec l’éditeur du logiciel Missions secondaires : Participer à la revue de la conformité réglementaire Participer à l’amélioration du suivi des contrôles périodiques en lien avec les services généraux Participer à la réalisation ou à la révision des plans de prévention ponctuels ou annuels des entreprises extérieures Participer à la mise à jour du système documentaire EHS Participer à la mise en œuvre du PAPRIPACT (programme annuel de prévention des risques professionnels et d’amélioration des conditions de travail) en lien avec les équipes et services concernés Profil et compétences requises : Savoir-faire : Connaissance des méthodologies d’évaluation des risques professionnels Connaissance de la réglementation HSE Connaissance des normes ISO 45001 et ISO 14001 Savoir-être : Organisation Rigueur Esprit d’analyse Sens relationnel Goût pour le terrain Esprit d’équipe Langues : Français Anglais Logiciels : Maîtrise des outils informatiques Appétence pour les logiciels métiers HSE Formation : Diplôme préparé : Master 2 Domaine/spécialité de formation : HSE ou QSE ENGLISH: Main missions: • Update the occupational risk assessment • Digitize the single occupational risk assessment document, in collaboration with the software provider Secondary missions: • Participate in the review of regulatory compliance • Contribute to improving the monitoring of periodic inspections in connection with general services • Participate in the creation or revision of occasional or annual prevention plans for external companies • Participate in updating the EHS documentation system • Participate in the implementation of the PAPRIPACT (annual program for the prevention of occupational risks and improvement of working conditions) in collaboration with the relevant teams and departments Profile and required skills: Expertise: • Knowledge of occupational risk assessment methodologies • Knowledge of HSE regulations • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Interpersonal skills: • Organization • Thoroughness • Analytical thinking • People skills • Hands-on approach • Team spirit Languages: • French • English Software: • Proficient in computer tools • Interest in HSE business software Education: Degree pursued: Master 2 Field/specialization of study: HSE or QSE
