Job Description Summary Der Project Operations Support Specialist unterstützt Projektleiter und Service Manager bei der operativen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Service‑ und Kundenprojekten. In einem dynamischen Serviceumfeld trägt die Rolle massgeblich dazu bei, kurzfristige Anforderungen effizient umzusetzen und einen reibungslosen Projekt‑ und Servicebetrieb gemäss den Prozessen, Systemen und Richtlinien von GE Vernova sicherzustellen. Job Description Hauptaufgaben Operative und kaufmännische Unterstützung von Projektleitern und Serviceverantwortlichen im laufenden Servicegeschäft Schnelle und flexible Abwicklung von Bestellanforderungen und Bestellungen Prüfung, Freigabe und Weiterleitung von Zeiterfassungen, Spesenabrechnungen und Rechnungen für Montage‑ und Leihpersonal Koordination von Leih‑ und Fremdpersonal Einholen und Vergleichen von Offerten sowie Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Prozesse, Genehmigungswege und Compliance‑Vorgaben in einem operativ dynamischen Umfeld Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf sowie den operativen Service‑Teams Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechaniker*in, Schlosser*in, Elektriker*in oder Mechatroniker*in) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bankkaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder eine durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation Gutes technisches Verständnis für Maschinen und Komponenten Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Dokumenten Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP‑ und Finance‑Systemen (z. B.
