Job Description Summary Rattaché(e) au manager de la supply chain pour le site de GE Vernova - Gas Power à Belfort, l’Animateur(trice) de Production Magasin pilote et anime l’équipe Réception du magasin industriel afin de garantir la mise à disposition des pièces et matériels dans le respect des exigences de Sécurité, Qualité, Coûts et Délais (SQCD). Véritable chef d’orchestre des flux physiques, il/elle assure la performance opérationnelle du magasin, la fiabilité des stocks, la coordination avec les clients internes (production et expédition) et contribue directement à la tenue des engagements clients du site. Job Description Responsabilités principales Management & animation d’équipe Animer, coordonner et fédérer une équipe de magasin/logistique industrielle Réaliser les entretiens de recrutement, professionnels et de développement de carrière Évaluer la performance individuelle et collective, proposer promotions et évolutions salariales Garantir la qualification des opérateurs, identifier les besoins en formation et développer la polyvalence Veiller à un bon climat social et à la qualité de vie au travail Former et accompagner les nouveaux animateurs de production Pilotage opérationnel du magasin Garantir l’adéquation charge / capacité / ressources du magasin Planifier et piloter les activités de réception, stockage, préparation et mise à disposition Assurer la tenue des engagements délais vis-à-vis des clients internes Suivre l’avancement des activités, analyser les écarts et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives Garantir la fiabilité des stocks (inventaires, écarts ERP / physique, traçabilité) Sécurité, Qualité et Conformité (EHS & Qualité) Être garant(e) de la sécurité des équipes et des opérations du magasin Faire appliquer les règles EHS et animer des groupes de travail sécurité Identifier les situations à risque, décider de l’arrêt d’une activité si nécessaire Déclencher et suivre les non-conformités, incidents et actions correctives Coordonner audits, inspections EHS et projets d’amélioration continue Coordination transverse & communication Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du magasin auprès des fonctions supports (Appro, Qualité, Méthodes, Finance, IT, Production) Coordonner les échanges avec les prestataires et entreprises extérieures Assurer une communication fluide entre le magasin et les équipes clientes internes Remonter les points critiques ayant un impact sur la production ou les clients au management du site Amélioration continue & expertise métier Agir en expert du périmètre magasin/logistique industrielle Analyser les dysfonctionnements flux, stocks ou process et proposer des solutions robustes Optimiser les méthodes, processus et organisations du magasin Compétences & profil recherché Compétences techniques et managériales Capacité à piloter des activités sous contraintes délais et sécurité Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes Aisance dans la communication avec des interlocuteurs variés Bonne maîtrise des ERP (SAP) / systèmes informatiques industriels Expérience & prérequis Expérience préalable en management requise Expérience en gestion de magasin industriel ou logistique fortement souhaitée Maîtrise du français courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
