Job Description Summary Rattaché au responsable commercial du Laboratoire avec une étroite collaboration avec le responsable du Laboratoire (PME de 17 personnes) sur le site de Toulouse, vous devrez assurer les devis et le suivi de ceux-ci auprès des clients directs ou indirects. Vous serez responsable de la réalisation d’offres auprès des comptes clés en France et à l’international (maintenanciers multi techniques, fabricants de transformateurs…) accompagné par le responsable commercial de la zone concernée. Job Description 1. Gestion des clients existants : Assurer le suivi des demandes entrantes : comprendre le besoin du client, proposer une offre adaptée et argumentée au client, mettre à jour le devis en conséquence. Relancer les clients pour validation de l’offre. Préconisations selon les bilans analytiques des bases de transformateurs des clients Activation des échéanciers analytiques des clients en fonction des périodes de revues établies par les chargés de diagnostics des transformateurs Prise de contact sur les cas d'avarie des transformateurs et identification des opportunités Suivi des contrats et communication des spécificités à l’ADV Déplacements occasionnels sur les sites clients 2. Prospection commerciale : Ciblage, qualification et conquête de nouveaux clients Réponse aux appels d’offres grands comptes Assurer la mise à jour régulière des outils de reporting d’activité (CRM, opportunités et rendez-vous) Profil recherché Formation & expérience Formation technique (base de connaissances en chimie serait un plus) ou commerciale à dominante technique (BTS, DUT, Licence pro, ou équivalent) Minimum une première expérience en chiffrage, devis, support commercial ou vente technique, idéalement en environnement industriel ou énergétique Les profils junior avec forte appétence technique seront également considérés Compétences techniques & commerciales Capacité à comprendre un besoin technique et à le traduire en offre commerciale claire et structurée À l’aise avec les devis, contrats et suivi client Familiarité avec SAP et un plus Savoir-être A l’aise en communication Bon relationnel, sens du service client Rigueur, organisation et capacité de suivi Autonomie, esprit d’initiative.
