Job Description Aufgaben Angebotsphase (ITO) Leitung des Inbetriebnahmeumfangs großer und komplexer AC-Umspannwerksprojekte in der Angebotsphase, inkl. Teilnahme an Kunden- und Partnertreffen Kalkulation, Terminplanung und Vertragsstrategie (Subunternehmer / Partner) für Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten definieren und umsetzen Erstellung von Angebots- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen Planung der Baustelleninfrastruktur (temporär und permanent) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Projektteams von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigstellung Ausführungsphase (OTR) Gesamtverantwortung für die Inbetriebnahme während der Projektumsetzung Erstellung und Pflege der Inbetriebnahmedokumentation (z. B. ITPs, Prüfprotokolle) Koordination mit Engineering, Partnern und Kunden für technische Unterlagen und Zeitpläne Erstellung von Personaleinsatz- und Ressourcenplänen, Steuerung des Projektfortschritts Überwachung von EHS- und Qualitätsstandards auf der Baustelle Führung eines internationalen Teams von Inbetriebnahmeingenieur*innen Berichtswesen, Risikomanagement und Lessons Learned Präsenz auf den Projektstandorten in Deutschland und im Ausland, abhängig vom Projektstatus Schnittstellen Intern: Projektmanagement, EHS, Qualität, Einkauf, Finanzen Extern: Kunden, Energieversorger, Subunternehmer, Lieferanten Anforderungen Qualifikationen & Erfahrung Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme oder im Inbetriebnahmemanagement Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Hochspannungsschaltanlagen (bis 400 kV), Schutz- und Leittechnik, SCADA-Systemen und Netzanschlusssystemen Kenntnisse in elektrischen Sicherheitsregeln (HV Safety Rules) Erfahrung mit Projekten im Ausland, insbesondere in Asien, von Vorteil Fachliche & persönliche Kompetenzen Gute Kenntnisse internationaler Normen und Best Practices in der Inbetriebnahme Führungskompetenz, Organisationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas Fähigkeit, eigenständig und remote zu arbeiten sowie sich in globale Teams zu integrieren Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was wir bieten Vielfältige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem internationalen und zukunftsorientierten Umfeld im Regional Construction & Commissioning Team Unbefristete Festanstellung mit langfristiger Perspektive Angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld und wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur Hohe Flexibilität und Möglichkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten Attraktives Vergütungspaket Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No #LI-Remote - This is a remote position
