JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Sociology and Criminology at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus, invites candidates to apply for up to at least one Adjunct Part-Time Teaching Positions. The position will involve teaching courses in Criminology at the undergraduate level. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of a master’s degree (Doctoral Degree preferred) in Criminology, Sociology, or a closely related field.   Teaching experience is required.   We welcome candidates with applied experience in a justice-related field. Adjunct Teaching Professors normally teach at least one course per semester, and summer teaching is sometimes available. The start date for the position is August 2025.
