Job Description Summary Job Description Rôles et responsabilités : Maintenance préventive : Effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive sur tous les types d’équipements de production, quelle que soit la nature de l’intervention (Electrotechnique, Automatique, Mécanique, Pneumatique, …). Maintenance corrective – palliative – réaliser tous diagnostics en autonomie : Analyser les pannes, réaliser le diagnostic sur tous équipements. Mettre en œuvre les solutions sur tous équipements dans les domaines mécanique, électrique et automatismes simples. Contrôler l’efficacité de ses interventions et garantir que la production sera conforme aux standards. En cas de problématique majeure,   Amélioration continue des équipements Définir et prendre en charge, en accord avec sa hiérarchie, des actions d’amélioration des équipements simples (matériel et mise en place) permettant de fiabiliser l’outil de production tant en termes de sécurité que de réduction du nombre de pannes. Echanges et transmissions des savoirs : Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les ateliers de production pour réaliser les interventions demandées, faciliter la prise en main des équipements, et former les opérateurs de premier niveau. Intervenir dans des groupes de travail (amélioration continue, QRQC, développement / qualification de produits et équipements…) afin d’apporter une expertise spécifique. Compétences & Qualifications souhaitées Connaissances approfondies dans une partie des domaines de la mécanique, l’électrique. Maîtrise les logiciels de Gestion de Maintenance assistée par ordinateur GMAO. Capacité à travailler en équipe.
