Job Description Summary The Troubleshooter Mechanical/Cooling/Generator role provides technical resolution to defects and issues on the Haliade-X wind turbines in operation. The role requires general understanding of wind turbines, and specific domain knowledge on mechanical, cooling and generator technology. Goal of the role is to bring availability levels of the Haliade-X fleet to the contractually agreed values and to minimize Return to Service time. Ce rôle d'Ingénieur mécanique refroidissement du générateur consiste à assurer la résolution technique des défauts et des problèmes rencontrés sur les éoliennes Haliade-X en exploitation. Ce rôle requiert une connaissance générale des éoliennes et des compétences spécifiques en mécanique, en refroidissement et en technologies de génération. L'objectif est d'atteindre les niveaux de disponibilité du parc d'éoliennes Haliade-X prévus contractuellement et de minimiser les délais de remise en service. Job Description Essential Responsibilities:   Keep the wind farm running at availability levels as sold in the SMA, by providing solutions & support to the field teams to get tripped turbines back in operation on short notice. Responsible for handling wind turbine trips that could not be solved after a first troubleshooting attempt by the ROC. Diagnosis, failure analysis and control of the performance of GE wind turbines and in particular mechanical/cooling/generator techology with the ultimate goal of bringing the turbine back in operation via the ROC. In case remote restart is not possible, development of clear Work Instructions for the Field Techs that allows them to get the tripped turbine back in operation on the first visit.   Take ownership of driving repair work to closure and work this jointly with Sourcing, Projects and the PLI team. Maintain a clear tracker with expected material delivery dates and field implementation dates for each repair. If necessary, escalate high impact reoccurring issues to Engineering to start a RCA. Support the Engineering sub-systems teams on RCAs by providing clear technical information on recurring issues to them Analyze and lead the development and continuous improvement of operating procedures (like Fault Handling Procedures) and tools to support ROC employees and Field Techs.  Responsabilités principales : Assurer le fonctionnement du parc éolien aux niveaux de disponibilité prévus dans le contrat de maintenance, en fournissant des solutions et un support aux équipes terrain pour remettre en service rapidement les turbines arrêtées. Gérer les arrêts d'éoliennes non résolus après une première tentative de dépannage par le centre d'opérations à distance (ROC). Diagnostiquer, analyser les défaillances et contrôler les performances des éoliennes GE Vernova, notamment les technologies mécaniques, de refroidissement et de générateur, afin de remettre la turbine en service via le ROC. Si le redémarrage à distance est impossible, élaborer des instructions de travail claires pour les techniciens terrain leur permettant de remettre la turbine arrêtée en service dès leur première intervention. Prendre en charge le suivi des travaux de réparation jusqu'à leur résolution et collaborer avec les équipes Achats, Projets et PLI. Tenir un registre précis des dates de livraison du matériel et des dates d'intervention sur le terrain pour chaque réparation. Si nécessaire, signaler les problèmes récurrents à fort impact au service Ingénierie pour lancer une analyse des causes profondes (ACR). Apporter un soutien aux équipes des sous-systèmes d'ingénierie concernant les analyses des causes profondes (ACR) en leur fournissant des informations techniques claires sur les problèmes récurrents. Qualifications/Requirements : Certified technician or engineering degree. Experience in the wind turbine technical support area, in field support or in an engineering domain. Deep understanding of offshore wind turbine technology and operation. Good domain knowledge of mechanical/cooling/generator technology. Ability to develop further knowledge in relation to own work scope. Analytical skills and ability to understand causal factors. Ability to extract and analyze SCADA data and trenders coming from the turbine. Proactive mindset and a clear sense of urgency. Proven interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex problems to others. Qualifications requises : De formation Ingénieur, expérience dans le support technique des éoliennes, sur le terrain ou dans un domaine de l’ingénierie. Solide connaissance des technologies et du fonctionnement des éoliennes offshore. Bonnes connaissances en mécanique, refroidissement et générateurs. Capacité à approfondir ses connaissances dans son domaine d’activité. Esprit d’analyse et aptitude à identifier les causes et les causes des problèmes. Capacité à extraire et analyser les données SCADA et les tendances issues de l’éolienne. Proactivité et sens aigu des priorités.
