MGMT 301 incorporates fundamental principles and basic concepts of management, with emphasis on organizational design, management processes, leadership, motivation, and managing teams and individuals in a global business environment in order to prepare the leaders of tomorrow. Requirements and Qualifications Masters degree in business or MBA with relevant work experience is required.
