The ideal candidates should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of an earned Master's degree in the discipline.  Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level and the ability to teach.   Apply electronically ( www.hr.psu.edu/careers ).
