Ihre Aufgaben Als Project Engineering Manager übernehmen Sie die technische Gesamtverantwortung für internationale Projekte im Bereich Hochspannungs-Umspannwerke (110 kV bis 380 kV). Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung aller technischen Projektaktivitäten Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzung Steuerung des Dokumentenmanagements und Engineering-Prozesse Schnittstellenmanagement zu Projektleitung, Kunden, Partnern, internen Lieferanten, Einkauf und Engineering-Dienstleistern Fachliche Führung des Design-Teams inklusive Aufgabenverteilung und Fortschrittskontrolle Verwaltung und Umsetzung technischer Designänderungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung im Bereich Hoch- und Höchstspannung (110 kV – 380 kV) Fundiertes Verständnis von Projektabwicklungsprozessen im Hoch- und Höchstspannungsbereich Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Teams und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich Erfahrung im technischen Management von internationalen Kundenprojekten in multidisziplinären Teams mit komplexen Schnittstellen Who We Are GE Vernova – Grid Systems Integration (GSI) is a rapidly growing business line within GE Vernova, the energy company that spun off from General Electric in 2024 to accelerate the global energy transition.
