Du gestaltest und konzipierst Steuerungs- und Niederspannungsbereiche für EPC-Projekte (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, innovative Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln. Deine Arbeit beeinflusst maßgeblich die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten und die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards. Deine Aufgaben Definition und Auswahl aller erforderlichen Geräte und Dokumente zur Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen, einschließlich Steuerungs- und Schutzschränke, Eigenbedarfsschränke, Niederspannungskabel, Batteriezellen und Ladegeräte. Entwicklung von Konzeptdesigns und technischen Lösungen gemäß Kundenspezifikationen für eine optimale Projektumsetzung. Erstellung grundlegender Konstruktionsunterlagen, um den Liefer- und Leistungsumfang klar zu definieren (z. B. Leistungsverzeichnisse für NS-Ausrüstung). Ausarbeitung technischer Spezifikationen als Basis für Angebotsanfragen an interne und externe Partner. Analyse und Bewertung technischer Angebote sowie aktive Mitwirkung an technischen Klärungen mit Ausrüstungslieferanten. Führung und Moderation technischer Klärungen und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Kunden. Sicherstellung der Qualität der Entwurfskonzepte und der technischen Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Überwachung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Spezifikationen, Projektzeitpläne und Budgetvorgaben. Effektive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen. Fundierte Analyse technischer Vorschläge sowie fundierte Entscheidungsfindung zur optimalen Projektrealisierung. Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik. Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hochspannungsübertragungsstationen oder vergleichbaren industriellen Sektoren. Fundierte Kenntnisse elektrischer Anlagen, insbesondere Steuerungs- und Schutzsysteme. Erfahrung in der Niederspannungsinstallation sowie mit digitalen und konventionellen Steuerungssystemen. Fähigkeit zur Erstellung von Schaltplänen und Kabelsynopsen anhand von Prinzipdiagrammen. Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Telekommunikationsschnittstellen und grundlegenden elektrotechnischen Regeln, einschließlich Scheinleistung und Leistungsfaktoren. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und min. B2 Deutschkenntnisse. Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Erfahrung mit sekundärtechnischen Projektierungswerkzeugen. Fähigkeit, Materialien und Angebote zu vergleichen und Abweichungen von Spezifikationen und Normen zu erkennen.
