Job Description Summary Drives Industrialisation Specialist Job Description Aufgaben Koordinieren von verschiedenen Teilprojekten im Antriebsbereich Im Projektteam Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung neu entwickelter Produkte im bestehenden Antriebsbereich Unterstützung der Projektingenieuren beim Entwickeln und Einführen von innovativen wirtschaftlichen Fertigungs- und Montagemethoden Erstellen von Durchlaufzeitkonzepten und Prozessabläufen Mithilfe bei der Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen Unterstützung bei der Planung und Festlegung von Arbeitsabläufen für die Fertigung  und Montageabteilungen Instruieren und Schulen der Mitarbeiter aus den Montageabteilugen beim Umsetzen von neu festgelegten Prozessen Schreiben on Arbeitsunterweisungen Implementierung von ECNs (Engineering Changes Management) Einhalten der Firmenwerte sowie der internen Umweltschutz-, Gesundheitsschutz- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen (EHS) und Einhaltung der für die Stelle relevanten Prozesse aus dem Management-System Modifikationen (Neukonstruktion, Eigenfertigung oder Fremdbezug, Logistikoptimierungen) innerhalb von AC1 umsetzen. An Projekten zur Einführung neuer Produkte mitwirken, insbesondere in der Industrialisierungsphase.
