Die Hauptaufgaben sind hierbei das Abwickeln sämtlicher Handels, Steuerlichen- und Zahlungsverkehrstransaktionen, sowie die Anlage und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten und Erstellung steuerrelevanter Reports. In der Rolle als Operations Generalist (m/w/d) im Bereich Securities & Payments fungieren Sie als Transaktions-Beauftragter (m/w/d) und sind für die ordnungsmäßige Abwicklung verantwortlich. YOUR CHALLENGE Abstimmung mit dem externen Abwicklungsdienstleister/BackOffice bzgl. Tagesgeschäftsthemen Allgemeine Bearbeitung der Wertpapierabwicklung Lagerstellenkontrolle und Anfragen zu allen Themen im Bereich Lagerstellenmanagement Abwicklung börsengehandelter Options & Future Ordnungsmäßige Abwicklung und Überwachung der Corporate Actions Sicherstellung der Einhaltung jedweder regulatorischer Richtlinien im Zuge des Wertpapiergeschäftes und Zahlungsverkehrs Kontrolle und Abgleich der Wertpapier-Aufträge im Hinblick auf MiFID II Bearbeitung von Wertpapiertransfers unter Berücksichtigung der MA-Depot Regulatorik Reconciliation von Cash & Stücke Gewährleistung der ordnungsmäßigen Abwicklung sämtlichen Zahlungsverkehrs (inklusive Schecks) im Ausland und Inland (SEPA) sowie von Treasury-Transaktionen (FX, MMKT, SWAP) Überwachung und Verwaltung von Transaktionsprozessen, um eine reibungslose und effiziente Durchführung von Transaktionen sicherzustellen Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie internen Abteilungen mit der Zielsetzung, einen hochwertigen Service stets zu gewährleisten YOUR PROFILE Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr / Wertpapier-BackOffice Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Zahlungsverkehr (u.a. SEPA, Überweisungen, Lastschriften, Schecks, Kartenbezahlverfahren) setzen wir voraus Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie der relevanten gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen der Bankenbranche respektive des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Wertpapier-Regulatorik Sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit engagierter Persönlichkeit, hoher Eigenmotivation sowie Begeisterung für die Zahlenwelt Fähigkeiten zum verständlichen Darstellen komplexer Vorgänge sowie Freude beim leistungsorientierten bewältigen von Problemen Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, analytisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung, als auch IT-Affinität und gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
