YOUR CHALLENGE Ensure a high service level by taking over  IT Service Owner role for the remote access infrastructure based on Citrix Netscaler Configuring and optimising NetScaler appliances for high availability, scalability, and performance Providing advanced troubleshooting and support for complex issues related to Citrix NetScaler Ensuring the security of the NetScaler environment by configuring and maintaining security features Performing regular maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and log analysis to prevent issues before they occur Participating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning Project work and project support 3rd level and 24/7 on-call duty YOUR PROFILE Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols In-depth knowledge of load balancing techniques, content switching, and application delivery controllers Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze logs, identify issues, and resolve complex problems Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated personality Higher education in computer science Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler, preferably with versions 12.x or later Basic scripting skills in languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automation tools Relevant certifications, such as Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-N) Knowledge in other technologies like Zscaler ZIA & ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI and Mailgetway would be a plus English fluently & German desired We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
