The Team Business Manager (Team BM) is responsible for managing day-to-day operational, sales and administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Group Head (GH). This role includes supporting GH with daily requests, covering and/or supporting commercial and risk approvals and overseeing the team task management. The Team BM is also responsible for preparing relevant reports, presentations and supporting respective team and GH with regular updates and insights from the Bank/Region/Market level. YOUR CHALLENGE Manages and supports regular operational, sales and administrative tasks and requests within the teams’ scope Coordinates and/or supports Bank’s strategic initiatives and projects, by closely collaborating with the Market Business Management team and within the respective team Supports GH in their supervisory duty, managing daily risks by conducting regular risk exchanges with GH and monitoring of risk & control reports/dashboards, and performs approval and control tasks delegated by GH in accordance with internal guidelines Conducts and/or coordinates quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for team and individual RM client book planning, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requests Gathers team input and provides ideas to improve efficiency in processes and systems of the Bank Communicates relevant information from Bank/Region/Market level and derives actions for the respective team, including monitoring and follow-up on agreed actions Organizes and executes team meetings and communication, in close collaboration with GH Manages systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development and Group Head, and coordinates / follow-up on the sales tools usage within respective team Conducts budget planning and effective cost controlling of respective team (if applicable) YOUR PROFILE Personal and Social Skills A natural team player with ability to relate to colleagues from diverse backgrounds Plans, organizes, and carries out work autonomously and allocates work time independently Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing Always communicates in a competent and professional manner Open, approachable and displays genuine interest in people and in improving processes Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure Personal integrity and ethical behavior Professional and Technical Skills Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous working style Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
