Responsible for supporting and executing the financial operations, contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes through sound analysis. YOUR CHALLENGE Assist in executing daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making Monitor budgets and conduct variance analysis to provide recommendations for budget-compliant actions Assist in liquidity planning and cash management Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes and systems Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve risk management YOUR PROFILE Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance and controlling Proactive work style and the ability to work independently as well as in a team Effective communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Professional experience in a similar position is desirable Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel, and experienced with financial accounting systems Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or similar We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
