Responsible for supporting and executing the financial operations, contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes through sound analysis. YOUR CHALLENGE Core responsibility Overview of daily Revenue, NNM & AUM:   Overview and ensure that the daily revenue, NNM and AUM is reported accurately. Performance Monitoring : preparation & tracking financial performance against budget, forecast and previous year & month performance providing, variance analyses and explain deviations. Forecasting & Planning : Assist in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts. Medium Term planning : Assist in the preparation of 3 and 5 year business plans. Cost Management : reviewing cost & highlight any one-off/unplanned spends. Take initiative and provide insights / ideas for cost saving / optimisation. Business Partnering : working closely CFO & Head of Business Finance to provide business intelligence and insights to facilitate business development. Finder Management : Assist the Head of Business Finance to ensure complete adherence to Finders policy in letter and spirit. Presentations : Prepare high quality presentations as and when required for various stakeholders. Governance & Control : ensuring adherence to financial policies, robust internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements as applicable. Adhoc analysis: Prepare business case modelling, reviews / ad-hoc analysis as and when the need arises. Client Management (internal & external) Local, Regional and Group Finance Business Management, Operations, IT, Compliance, Risk Auditors – under guidance from Head of Business Finance or CFO Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. YOUR PROFILE Professional and Technical Strong academic background CA / MBA or similar from reputed institutions with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience Experience of BFSI / big 4 in consulting / advisory services. Experience in / related to Wealth Management business is preferable Excellent analytical/conceptual skills with understanding of private banking products Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Tableu skills Experience with Power BI/Tableu is an added advantage.
