Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. As Finance Strategy Analyst, you will support high-priority strategic projects across the organisation from a Finance standpoint. In this role, you will analyse business performance, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of forward-looking strategies that align with the Bank’s long-term objectives. YOUR CHALLENGE Analyse business challenges, market trends and operational results to provide data-backed recommendations Develop and present strategic solutions through presentations, reports, and workshops Conduct research, financial modelling and performance analysis to support decision-making Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive consensus on key initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and track various initiatives Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through leading by example YOUR PROFILE Relevant advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field Ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions Experience in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations for Senior Management Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
