Your Mission As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in building and productionizing AI-powered applications within our AI Agent Engine Platform. You’ll work closely with the team in an agile environment, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and deployment. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions that combine AI services, backend microservices, and intuitive Angular UIs. Key responsibilities: Hands-on development of AI-enabled features and workflows using Python, LangChain, and RAG pipelines. Build and productionize LLM-based agents capable of complex task execution, reasoning, and tool usage. Implement backend services in .NET Core and integrate them with Angular UIs for seamless user experiences. Ensure development best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability within the team. Collaborate in the agile team to refine requirements, deliver increments, and iterate on AI-powered solutions. Support and mentor junior developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. Contribute to infrastructure and workflow automation, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration (Airflow). Your Profile Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in any developing language, preferably .Net, Angular, Python Proven track record in building and shipping AI-enabled applications or data-intensive workflows. Strong debugging skills and ability to ensure system reliability and performance. Practical experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and infrastructure-as-code. Experience working in agile teams, contributing across the stack. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Exposure to model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or in-context learning patterns. Contributions to open-source AI tools (LangChain, LamaIndex etc.). Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving researchers, engineers, and product managers. Prior experience building platforms for non-ML engineers to consume LLM services.
