Main responsibilities End-to-end payroll and statutory processing of all PH employees in a timely and accurate manner that includes calculation of overtime, bonuses, and other pay elements applicable to PH. Perform payroll reconciliation, payment, and reporting of monthly statutory remittances, and year-end tax activities and remittances in accordance with the local statutory laws and company policies Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure payroll funding is in place in relation to payroll and statutory payments. Regularly review the websites of PH-DOLE, SSS, PHIC, BIR, and HDMF on a weekly/monthly basis to make sure the company is aware of any changes in the law and guidelines which impact employee compensation and benefits. Analyze, calculate, and determine appropriate approach on regular and final payouts in accordance with PH regulatory guidelines.  Ensure proper and timely payroll processing using internal HR and Payroll systems. Maintain an organized, efficient, and updated records/filing system of all payroll records, both electronic and printed copies. Identify and propose solutions for process improvements. Manage payroll workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately Update payroll work instructions on a regular basis and as needed. Manage and attend all payroll and statutory-related queries of employees via MS Teams, emails, and meetings. Compile key operational payroll metrics & dashboards Complete payroll audit checklist and support audit activities by providing the needed payroll documents to auditors. Assist APAC special payroll activities and projects, as needed.
