工作职责 1．根据加工工艺要求，准确调试多轴式水车.对专用机刀具.丝锥.板牙的修磨.　 2.对设备的维护和对产品质量检验 .及生产现场配合组长的管理.　 3.服从分配对生产状况及时向上反映,提出自己的建议.　 4.配合生产准确及时地完成调试工作.　 常规性工作内容 1．完成生产的调试工作及产品质量的巡检.   　 2.车间生产现场每日保持整齐,清洁,干净.　 3.工作中提出自己建议,做好上司领导的得力助手.　 4.对设备做好日常保养。　 教育及培训背景 ◆高中或中技以上学历，机械类相关专业 　　 工作经验　 ◆3年以上机械设备调试工作经验 ◆有专用机、球面镜机调试经验者优先 所需知识和技能 ◆熟悉球阀加工工艺 ◆熟练使用相关量具检具 ◆熟读机械零件图纸 其它要求　 ◆明确目标,有完成任务的坚定信念. ◆努力学习,不断提高自己岗位作业水平. ◆责任心强，有敬业精神 ◆工作认真负责，能吃苦耐劳，服从分配 ◆适应倒班
