In your role you will be mainly developing, but not restricted to, ITSM, GRC/IRM and SecOps Streams. YOUR CHALLENGE Custom Application Development and Module Configurations System Integration Workflow and Process Automation Performance Optimisation and Troubleshooting Adhere to Security and Access Control Management policies YOUR PROFILE Advanced Scripting and Coding Expertise Platform Architecture Understanding Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking Integration and Interoperability Skills Collaborative Communication Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure Experience of at least 5 years as ServiceNow ITSM Developer Experience of at least 3 years as ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps Developer Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Custom Applications Fluent written and spoken English We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
