In your role you will be key role into shaping the our ServiceNow Platform projects and our business as usual (BAU) streams and local development team. YOUR CHALLENGE Projects and Business as Usual (BAU) delivery oversight Local Development Team Coordination Stakeholder Management Quality Assurance Risk and Resource Management YOUR PROFILE Analytical skills: have strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions Customer service: have a customer-centric mindset and be committed to providing excellent customer service Skills in persuading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes and align with team and organizational goals Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial solutions and agreement Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, promoting an inclusive workplace Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure Experience of at least 3 years as Scrum Master or in an equivalent role Experience of at least 5 years as Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer is a strong plus) Fluent written and spoken English We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
