What makes this role exciting Our fast-growing team in Italy is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with expertise in Italian payroll. In this role, you’ll handle the operational processing of payrolls, ensuring accuracy for SSAE 16 audits and compliance with statutory requirements, while collaborating with CloudPay’s global payroll operations team. If you’re ready to take ownership of new and existing payroll processes and thrive in a dynamic, international environment, we’d love to hear from you! #LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID Main responsibilities Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations Maintains payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance Validate payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration to be completed successfully Provide payroll training and guidance to team members Experience needed for this role Deep knowledge and experience in a consulting company or in the HR Payroll and Administrative department of a multinational company Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms reporting, etc Experience in any related payroll software and suite MS Office Experience of Zucchetti is beneficial Strong Italian and English language skills required About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do Italy Package and Benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance Calm app EAP Employee Referral Program WFH Allowance Ticket Restaurant contribution Paid Volunteering days CloudPay NOW Bereavement Leave CloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
