Responsible for translating infrastructure requirements into standards‑compliant architecture designs, providing expert guidance on infrastructure and cloud topics, and fostering clarity and knowledge sharing through well‑structured documentation and workshops. YOUR CHALLENGE Turn ideas into architecture: Translate infrastructure requirements from projects or products into clear, actionable architecture and design documents that serve as the basis for infrastructure configuration Ensure compliance: Make sure every solution aligns with internal architectural standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and reliability Be the trusted advisor: Act as the first point of contact for projects and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on infrastructure and middleware-related topics Collaborate effectively: Work hand-in-hand with discipline architects, project managers, application responsible and engineering teams to introduce new standards and deliver robust solutions Support future readiness: Help projects onboard to Azure Cloud and build up new integration testing environments Validate and review : Ensure service and security designs comply with infrastructure standards and provide feedback during design reviews Create clarity : Develop architecture diagrams to foster a common understanding among stakeholders Lead knowledge sharing : Organize workshops and sessions to explain processes such as cloud onboarding and provide expert guidance YOUR PROFILE Architecture & Infrastructure Expertise: Solid experience in IT infrastructure across medium to large-scale projects, covering core infrastructure layers, security, performance, and capacity management Security & Resilience: Operational resilience, IT security, risk management, and quality assurance are part of your professional mindset Structured and proactive: You work independently, with a clear, goal-oriented approach and a strong sense of ownership Business-aware: You understand business analysis and requirements engineering processes and know how to translate business needs into technical solutions Technology Integration & Automation: You bring in-depth knowledge in several of the following domains: IT automation, infrastructure operations, portfolio modernization, integration architecture, security architecture, and related technologies and patterns Architect at heart: You have a solid foundation in architecture principles, methodologies, and modeling techniques, and you are familiar with industry standards and frameworks. You are hands-on with modern practices such as Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Future-focused: You stay informed about emerging technologies and innovation trends that impact IT environments Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, ideally across complex environments; experience in financial services is an advantage Trained in IT infrastructure architecture and familiar with project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile English business fluent, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
