What makes this role exciting Our fast-growing team is looking for highly qualified compliance associates to  be part of CloudPay Implementation’s PMO Governance and Risk Team. The role is  responsible to ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are  designed to comply with internal and external policies, among others.   Main responsibilities Manage and deliver a business compliance programme of CloudPay’s Implementation team    Assess the adequacy of the mechanisms in place for identifying , analysing and ensuring key risks are managed within the organisation’s risk appetite.   Ensure compliance with internal polices and standards, and external regulations and established codes of practice.   Examine documentation, including reports, records and other information.   A ssess best practices for the organisation and make relevant, informed suggestions.   Prepare reports and preserve documentation pertaining to audits for internal record.   Support the Continuous and Process Improvement team in delivery of quality goals and new business initiatives and opportunities    Contribute to the development of the global Implementation risk management and business compliance activities    Maintain suitable records (file notes, meeting minutes, action plans) for each project review performed    To work collaboratively with other members of the global Implementation team and Business Assurance   Experience needed for this role Sound understanding of risk management and business compliance including identification, measurement and remediation options    Previous experience of practical application of internal control best practice (preferably through completion of training contract with a Big-4 accountancy / assurance firm for a range of private sector, corporate clients)    Ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal direct supervision    Professional competence and personal confidence in your ability to influence key stakeholders, to assert your position    Experience in problem-solving and willingness to apply new approaches     Attention to detail in the planning, execution and write-up of work performed   About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do Philippines Package and benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance Calm app Sick Leave EAP Group Life Insurance, HMO Employee Referral Program De Minimis Benefit Onsite Allowance Mid-Year Bonus 13th Month Pay Regularization Bonus, 1st Year Anniversary Bonus Bereavement Leave Paid Volunteering days Study Leave Marriage Leave #LI-Hybrid #LI-DA1 The CloudPay culture is built upon on five core values, from which we develop our service, our technology and our business strategies.
