The Data Entry Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the Community Wellness and Health Promotion Department’s immunization team. This position is responsible for accurately entering patient information into electronic medical records, verifying insurance and demographic details through phone outreach, and assisting with patient registration during immunization clinics. Additional duties include scanning documents into clinical records and providing general data entry support to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
