You’ll be part of one global team where you can learn fast and stay true to yourself. For our Santiago, Chile office, we are looking for a Project Operations Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency through data-driven insights, capacity planning, and project administration. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you’ll do​: Data Analysis Work closely with Sr Analyst to create reports for internal teams and/or external clients including capacity planning and staffing. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data. Structure large data sets to find usable information Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings. Project Administration Monitor compliance with project practices (e.g. timebooking). Assist with financial reporting and revenue recognition for client engagement . Who you are: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques. Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis tools including Pivot Tables, Power Queries). Ability to set and meet deadlines. Ability to work in high-pressure situations. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Ability to QA and troubleshoot data. Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Qliksense or Tableau would be a plus. Preferred: Knowledge of SQL/Database systems. Advanced level of english in mandatory.
