What makes this role exciting CloudPay is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UK Payroll (Stablisation) Specialist to join our expanding stabilisation team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing accurate and timely payrolls for a variety of multi-national clients operating in the UK. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to ensure all data is accurate and delivered on time, resolve queries efficiently, and help maintain CloudPay’s high standards of payroll excellence. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your payroll skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and client-focused environment. You will be required to attend the office in Andover, Hampshire 3 times a month. #LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID Main responsibilities Process multiple UK payrolls accurately, on time, and in line with client and statutory requirements. Provide support and help other members of the stabilisation team. Review and validate payroll input and output data to ensure accuracy. Investigate discrepancies and correct payroll errors before final processing. Respond to payroll queries from internal teams and clients via ticketing and email systems. Identify opportunities to improve existing payroll processes and contribute to solution development. Act as a backup to other stabilisation team members during their absence to ensure continuity of service.
