What makes this role exciting Our fast-growing team is looking for an experienced Singapore & Hong Kong Payroll and Implementation Specialist to join us. The role will be responsible for the implementation of new payrolls onto our Local Payroll Engine and CloudPay platform and operational processing of payrolls until ready to handover to Payroll processors.    In this operational capacity you will ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information for internal & SSAE 16 audits, and in line with all established statutory requirements and internal processes.    Main responsibilities You will be part of the Payroll & Implementation team, reporting to the Payroll and Implementation Supervisor. Perform multiple implementations -coordinating with clients in different time zones. Involved in Project management and successful implementation of new Singapore & Hong Kong clients independently within the stipulated timeline. Partner with the Implementation Team; Project Manager, Implementation and Treasury consultant and ensure existing payrolls are migrated and implemented onto the local payroll engine and CloudPay platform. Providing customer support to new customers on Cloudpay platform. Establish, update and maintain payroll records and analyse payroll related information to ensure accurate payroll in line with Singapore legislation. Advise and assist client on the necessary steps on the statutory transition Supporting internally to the Payroll and Sales teams on technical questions. Prepare and submit statutory reporting to the relevant government agencies. Share with clients on the payroll best practices and align to Cloudpay in-house engine set up. Ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Payroll Operations    Experience needed for this role Singapore and Hongkong Payroll processing experience Relevant experience in payroll implementation would be a benefit Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle as processing and statutory requirements Good written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
