What makes this role exciting CloudPay’s fast-growing team is looking for a motivated Associate Canada Payroll Specialist to help support the accurate and timely delivery of Canadian payroll services. This role is well suited for someone starting their career or looking to gain hands-on experience in multi-province payroll processing within a global organization. You’ll play an important role in maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in the seamless coordination of payroll activities across teams and clients. If you’re ready to grow your career in international payroll, we’d love to hear from you! This role is expected work on a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Main responsibilities Coordinate the flow of payroll information between clients and service partners across various systems Reconcile pre-processing payroll reports to ensure accuracy before running payroll Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll documentation or data to ensure compliance and accuracy Maintain payroll files and records to ensure audit readiness and up-to-date documentation Analyze payroll data to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll completion Assist in validating client requirements to ensure the successful setup and configuration of payroll services Support parallel runs and system testing when implementing new requirements or features Develop expertise in Canadian payroll processing and regional compliance standards Contribute to internal payroll projects and process improvement initiatives Experience needed for this role Proficient in Microsoft Excel – Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic formulas Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for the role) Previous experience in payroll, accounting, HR administration, or related fields is highly desirable Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling numbers and confidential data Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to multitask across systems (training provided) Exposure to Canadian payroll or familiarity with multi-province regulations is a strong plus About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do Philippines Package and Benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance Calm app Sick Leave EAP Group Life Insurance, HMO Employee Referral Program De Minimis Benefit WFH Allowance Mid-Year Bonus 13th Month Pay Regularization Bonus, 1st Year Anniversary Bonus Bereavement Leave Paid Volunteering days Study Leave Marriage Leave CloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer. #LI-DA1 #LI-Hybrid The CloudPay culture is built upon on five core values, from which we develop our service, our technology and our business strategies.
