Responsible for all quality control and inspection from assigned site/factories. • Full time work at assigned site/factories • Expected to do inspection for all shipments out of assigned site/factories. • Take responsibility for the components from outsourced suppliers, mostly Iron casting. • Help ensure the quality of their machining workshop. • Help ensure the quality of their assembly workshop. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Take ownership of assigned supplier shipment quality control. Make sure all products are inspected before delivery. Collect and summary the inspection date, report to related team. Provide effective and professional support to shipment activities, when needed, Address timely and effective communication internally and externally. Escalate the critical issues to management for support, when necessary. Support other SQE to get more clear information for quality issue from related plant. Other job assigned by leader. EDUCATION: College or above, Engineering & mechanical is preferred QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 6 years of Quality control or inspection related experience. Have iron & SS casting process & quality control experience. Have experience Iron and SS machining quality control experience. Valve or similar products work experience are preferred. Professional skills: Can read the drawings and use measuring instruments; Computer: Basic skills in operating office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.) Communication skills: good expression skills and be able to communicate effectively Language skills: Mandiran & English (Reading & Writing)
