Your tasks Be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry and docketing of IP related events of our clients' intellectual property rights portfolios, in particular this includes the events that are related to formality steps of patents, trademarks, designs and utility models Independent and responsible input of data into the internal system, intellectual property management software as well as administration, maintenance and monitoring of IP relevant data If needed, provide support to other Dennemeyer Departments Your profile Based in Manila, Philippines Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the IP area working as a Paralegal, IP Attorney Assistant or similar role, either in-house or at a law/IP firm Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Precise and autonomous way of working with excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken); additional APAC languages are considered as an asset Join us and grow with us!
