This role will be critical in the building of graphic design elements that push WME’s sports business forward. Responsibilities · Support the development and execution of digital and print design including but not limited to client materials (e.g., presentation and pitch decks, logos), social media graphics, event collateral, signage, invites, newsletters and corporate focused materials · Translate the WME brand into powerful and purposeful creative concepts · Collaborate with internal creative team, broader marketing and social teams, client strategy team, and other groups across the company Experience Required · 4+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer · Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop · Understand Keynote and PowerPoint · Must be extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work · Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines · Strong layout and typography skills This position is extremely fast-paced and hands-on. The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure is crucial. The creative team interfaces with various agents, executives, and clients about their creative needs and effectively manages the entire creative process for multiple projects simultaneously. Hiring Range Maximum Compensation: $90,000 Hiring Range Minimum Compensation: $67,500 Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
