Your Responsibilities Provide counselling to international clients in the area of Intellectual Property with a focus on global Trademark Portfolio Management including Filing, Prosecution and Enforcement (in office procedures, litigation and preliminary injunction proceedings) as well as in matters relating to Design, Domain Names, Copyright and Unfair Competition Law in a team of specialized Lawyers Work in close cooperation with our local offices, a multicultural team of paralegals and international agent network Contribute to the development of existing and new client relationships together with our Business Development team Write articles and blog post on IP matters Represent Dennemeyer at relevant IP conferences and seminars Support other business divisions of the Dennemeyer Group in trademark related matters Your Profile Attorney qualified in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI diploma, Master in IP, Fachanwaltschaft or similar) with above-average qualifications, admitted or not before the French, German, Benelux or European Union IP Office (Juriste spécialisé en Propriété Industrielle, Conseil en Propriété Industrielle, Avocat, Fachanwalt) Professional experience as an attorney in a law firm or a legal department Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), fluent in French (spoken and written), good command of German is a plus Team player with an independent work style and an excellent standing with clients Desirous to acquire new clients and establish new business relationships Precise and autonomous way of working Joins us and grow with us!
