Your tasks Payment of annuities for patents at international level and patent portfolio data administration; Insert and update data in our in-house IP Management System, check status of patents in online databases and communicate effectively with clients in English, by e-mail and by phone Assist our international clients in solving pending issues regarding their Intellectual Property portfolio Perform specific administrative duties as needed; Meet deadlines and follow-up on commitments; Constantly expand knowledge and expertise in Intellectual Property domain, with focus on patents and inventions; Develop strong internal and external relationships. Your Profile University degree in Business or Economics / Law / Applied Foreign Languages; Fluent spoken and written English; French and/or German are a plus; Affinity for working with numbers, strong attention to detail, thorough; Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Willingness to learn and ambitious towards achieving objectives; Autonomous working style with a critical mind-set; Team player.
