Comment vous façonnerez l'avenir du département de Maintenance: Établir et expliquer les écarts des budgets sous sa responsabilité et prendre les mesures requises afin de minimiser les écarts. Optimiser les fermetures régulières afin de minimiser les coûts de réparation et d’optimiser la disponibilité de l’équipement pour l’opération. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de maintenance incluant des allocations pour réparation (RPA) en vue de maximiser le temps de fonctionnement. Examiner et présenter des demandes de projets d’immobilisation (CPA), les autorisations pour pièces de rechange et les niveaux des stocks en magasin pour s'assurer que les besoins constants en matière de maintenance puissent être satisfaits. Optimize regular shutdowns to minimize repair costs and optimize equipment availability for operations. Develop and implement a maintenance plan, including repair project authorizations (RPA), to maximize operating time. Review and submit capital project authorization requests (CPA), authorizations for spare parts and store stock levels to ensure that ongoing maintenance needs can be met.
