Your Responsibilities Manage, maintain and update client specific trademark portfolios Monitor internal and official trademark renewal deadlines in our in-house database Handle all client related enquiries with utmost professionalism and discretion Provide accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email and/or online portal Act as a customer contact when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests Communicate trademark renewals related information efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globally Prepare cost estimates and other reports for internal and external use Your Profile Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly Ability to work in a team as well as independently Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlines Very good communication skills combined with client orientated thinking Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is required Proficiency in French and/or German (C1–C2), written and spoken, is considered a plus Experience in a law firm as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal support role is considered an asset Join us and grow with us!
