Business Unit: Cubic Corporation Company Details: Performs all necessary cash management duties within the Treasury function. These duties include bank account management analysis and recommendation of short and long-term cash positions, reporting and analysis of various areas within Treasury. This position typically works under minimal supervision and direction. Job Details: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provides support in overseeing the domestic banking structure for Cubic and its subsidiaries to ensure efficient and effective management of funds. Prepare Short-term and long-term Cash Forecast reports, identify and evaluate variances for NAM region Provides recommendations for direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations Accesses daily reports to determine bank account balances, concentrates corporate cash and determines amount necessary to meet daily cash needs, including recommendations for borrowings against the revolver as needed. Responsible for managing and initiating projects that affect receipt and disbursement of funds Implementation and maintenance of Treasury Management System (Kyriba). Liaisons with Senior Treasury Analyst to manage NAM cash needs by repatriating cash from international regions Provides direction for general ledger accountants in reconciling investment activity to the general ledger. Coordinates fund movements and maintains compliance with internal controls. Assists the Senior Treasury Analyst with Foreign exchange trading activity as needed Executes the Global Treasury improvement projects (Bank RFPs, automation) per the director of the Senior Treasury Manager Manages documentation of NAM bank accounts, online banking and controls, and know your customer process. Manage domestic cash position and determine optimal funding or investment position. Invest excess cash in compliance with company’s investment policy Prepares the monthly Debt Schedule Prepares and provides recommendations for Factoring under the AR Sales Facility Assists the Senior Treasury Manager manage and execute and report on Letter of Credit program Responsible for Report of FBAR. Maintain and suggest improvements to outstanding policies to Senior Treasury Manager Works with the Tax department and accounting to create the documentation of intercompany loans and dividends Implements and recommends new upgrades to Treasury reporting tools and improves existing reports. Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures Assist Senior Treasury Manager on projects/tasks as needed. Minimum Job Requirements: Four-year college degree in finance, economics, or related field plus a minimum of Six -years related experience. Proficient computer skills in software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with SAP highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and ability to concentrate and focus on tasks.  Ability to follow written and verbal directions, solve problems and work independently. Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks and understand sense of urgency, complete multiple concurrent assignments, and work under deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
