We are seeking a Head of Controlling to join our team in Luxembourg or Munich. Your Responsibilities Lead the controlling function globally, overseeing both operational and strategic controlling activities and lead the team functionally and disciplinarily. Take full ownership of FP&A with reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and medium-term planning across business units and local subsidiaries. Prepare profitability analyses, KPIs, investment decision support, and special evaluations, delivering actionable recommendations. Continuously develop and optimize controlling processes, methods, and systems. Ensure policies, internal controls & compliance and collaborate closely with HR Accounting and auditors. Report directly to the Global Director Finance / CFO and act as key counterpart to senior management. Your Profile Degree in business or technical studies with a focus on finance/controlling, or a comparable commercial qualification. Several years in Controlling/FP&A (8+ years), incl. ≥3 years in leadership, ideally within a multinational organization. Strong analytical mindset, assertiveness, execution focus and excellent communication skills with a confident presence and intercultural competence. Solid ERP & BI and MS Office skills (e.g. Microsoft Business Central and Power BI) with practical experience in external accounting standards (HGB, LUX GAAP) and transfer pricing is advantageous.
