Dans ce rôle, vous agirez en tant que consultant de confiance, en dirigeant le marketing pour un portefeuille de clinique assigné et en les aidant à obtenir un impact mesurable. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Opérations, les équipes interfonctionnelles et directement avec nos cliniques. Vous êtes le visage du Marketing auprès des cliniques. Responsabilités : Gestion proactive du portefeuille régional de cliniques grâce aux données et aux analyses Optimisation continue du portefeuille / entonnoir marketing / analyses approfondies et présentations des résultats aux Opérations et aux cliniques Tableaux de bord concurrentiels des cliniques (guide tarifaire/prix, gestion de la réputation, positionnement organique, positionnement payant, gestion de la présence locale, etc.) Exploiter les informations des patients, les analyses et les études marketing pour identifier des opportunités de croissance des cliniques Revue mensuelle des indicateurs clés avec les Opérations, en mettant en évidence les opportunités et les plans d’action pour stimuler la croissance Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans marketing pour les 10 cliniques les moins performantes Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les cliniques Ajuster les budgets des cliniques et veiller à ce que les dépenses marketing soient conformes aux budgets grâce à une réconciliation mensuelle Réduire les coûts inefficaces en partenariat avec les Opérations Développement de plans marketing complémentaires Élaboration annuelle du guide stratégique des cliniques Contribuer activement à un partenariat collaboratif et solidaire au sein du Marketing et avec les autres disciplines, notamment les Opérations, la Finance, la Conformité, l’Immobilier et les Talents Qualifications : Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience progressive en marketing B2B et B2C. Une expérience en marketing des services de santé est un atout Diplôme postsecondaire en administration/marketing ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente Bilingue français et anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences écrites et verbales dans les deux langues Autonome, avec des compétences exceptionnelles en gestion de projets, incluant la gestion des budgets, des fournisseurs et des échéances Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d’une équipe élargie Solide sens des affaires, compétences analytiques, interpersonnelles et en communication Créateur de relations : aptitude naturelle à développer des relations nouvelles et efficaces avec des partenaires internes et externes _______________________________________________________________________________ Bilingual Marketing Manager, Practice Marketing About you: You translate insights into impact and turn analysis into action You thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and shifting business needs You’re a subject matter expert in your field and can influence others  You’re customer service oriented The opportunity: This is an in-office position, reporting to the Senior Director, Practice Marketing.  In this role, you will be functioning as a trusted consultant, leading the Marketing for an assigned portfolio of practices and helping them achieve measurable impact. You will work closely with Operations, cross functional teams and directly with our practices. You are the face of Marketing to the practices. Responsibilities: Proactive regional practice portfolio management through data and insights Ongoing portfolio optimization/marketing funnel/deep dive and results presentations to Operations and practices Competitive practice scorecards (Fee guide/pricing, reputation management, organic placement, paid placement, local presence management, etc.) Leverage patient insights, analytics, and marketing research to inform practice growth opportunities Monthly KPI reviews with Operations highlighting opportunities and action plans to drive growth Own Marketing action plans for the bottom 10 practices Build and nurture practice relationships Right size practice budgets and ensure Marketing run rates are in line with practice budgets through monthly reconciliation Deliver against inefficient cost reductions, in partnership with Operations Complimentary Marketing plan development Yearly practice playbook development Proactively contribute to a collaborative and supportive partnership within Marketing and other disciplines including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Real Estate, Talent Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years progressive B2B and B2C marketing experience. Experience in healthcare services marketing an asset Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages Self-starter with exceptional project management abilities including managing budgets, vendors and deadlines Must be able to work independently and within a larger team Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills. Relationship builder: natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners
