Our dentist and dental team offer our patients a comprehensive range of dental services, including general dentistry, Invisalign® clear aligners, cosmetic care, and preventive hygiene .  We pride ourselves on providing quality dental care and 4 . 8 stars on Google reviews, evidence of our exceptional patient service, commitment to continuous learning and innovative technology   Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm What Sets Us Apart:   Grow Without Limits:   We’ll   match your ambition,   curiosity   and drive to be your best with award-winning education, hands-on experience, real   recognition   and proven pathways that grow your   expertise   on your terms   Brilliant Rewards:   Competitive pay with annual reviews, RRSP matching to grow your future, and a comprehensive total-rewards package, which includes gym discounts, insurance savings, entertainment deals, and more, along with access to our Employee and Family Assistance Program   Build Your Career with Us:   Be part of a team that shares   expertise , tackles challenges together, and works with modern technology, tools, and systems so you can focus on what matters most: patient care, professional development, and practice growth   Culture & Flexibility:   Career development with industry-leading CE, social and networking events, and a flexible, work-life balanced environment that supports your professional growth     The wage for this Practice Manager position is   $60k - $80k/annually depending on skills, experience, and location.     Please note that this is a   replacement  o pening.     Your Impact :   Operational Planning & Execution   Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth   Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to   identify   problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team     Compliance & Patient Safety   Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards   Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority   Work   in accordance with   the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation     Leadership   Lead,   coach   and motivate the team to improve productivity,   engagement   and retention of patients   Drive the implementation of company programs,   policies   and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company   objectives   Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit   Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process     About You:   University or College Diploma in business or office administration   3-5   years experience   as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager is   required   Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances,   inventory   and people management    Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting    Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred    Strong commitment to   maintaining   health regulation and operational standards   Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs     Application Information:   Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
