As an individual who is driven by excellence, you are eager to directly contribute the success of one of Canada’s most acquisitive companies.   As part of the Corporate Development team, y ou will work   with the Integration Team and   each new practice to ensure   the   seamless   integration and onboarding   to key systems and processes .    The successful candidate will work on-site 4 days a week from our Toronto office at 181 Bay Street and 1 day a week in their home office.   In this role, you will   Support the smooth transition of newly   acquired   dental practices by coordinating integration activities with multiple stakeholders     Keep integration tasks up to date in our   SalesForce   system, making sure all timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked.   Organize and   participate   in onboarding and kick-off meetings with clinical and operational teams, helping prepare materials and follow-up documentation.   Build strong working relationships with regional leaders,   new   partners, and practice staff to   facilitate   seamless information flow.   Monitor progress across multiple active integrations and   proactively   flag risks, delays, or resource needs.   Support ad-hoc integration projects, data collection requests, or cross-functional initiatives as needed.   Manage competing priorities across several   dental   practices at various stages of onboarding.   What   we’re   looking for   1 - 2 years of professional experience in operations ,   dental   practice administration, project coordination, or a comparable role.   Bilingual (French/English)   is   a   strong   asset.   Strong verbal and written communication skills,   comfortable speaking with   clinicians   and   office staff   O rganized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several timelines simultaneously.   Pr oblem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate obstacles and escalate issues appropriately.   C olla borative team player with a proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly.   Proficiency   with Microsoft Office   Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate partners in different provinces and time zones.   About Dentalcorp   Dentalcorp is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of dental practices, committed to advancing the overall well-being of Canadians by delivering the best clinical outcomes and unforgettable experiences. dentalcorp acquires leading dental practices, uniting its network in a common goal: to be Canada’s most trusted healthcare network. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
