Accountable to develop and implement comprehensive release strategies specific to Asset Management Technology & Change. Accountable for scheduling of release activities, ensuring efficient platform transitions. Accountable for optimising and innovating release processes to comply with organisational standards. Accountable for facilitating interdepartmental collaboration for effective release execution. Accountable to manage the technology change pipeline within Asset Management Technology. Accountable for delivering regular, high-quality releases following Agile methodologies and best practices. Accountable for driving transformative initiatives for safer and frequent change delivery. Accountable to ensure IT environments (like Test, Dev, Pre-prod and Prod) are properly managed, governed, and coordinated so they are "fit for purpose". Responsible for providing support for development and production issues, including performance problems. Responsible for ensuring environments meet all relevant requirements, which could include maintaining metrics for configurations, licensing, and inventory. Responsible for engaging portfolios leads proactively, ensuring alignment through all lifecycle stages. Responsible for collaborating with portfolio leads and teams for continuous and strategic release planning. Responsible for conducting release retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Responsible for administering logistic suite development using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
