Key accountabilities and responsibilities Interface between Client, Scrum Master, and development team Gathering requirements and defining solutions Providing high and low level estimation Verifies and validates development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodology Leads/guides/mentors team members comprising senior and mid-level Articulates the architectural vision to clients, sponsors and stakeholders Key Stakeholders Internal M&G Investments  M&G Plc Support Groups External N/A Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification Knowledge & Skills: Good working knowledge of AEM/Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite is mandatory Good experience of front end enhancements/queries/issues Ability to deliver front end changes on enterprise level CMS Experience designing web applications, modules and components Experience in React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS/LESS, Bootstrap, AJAX/SAAS/LESS/JADE, Handlerbars, Git/SVN/TFS Experience with CI/CD and team collaboration tools – JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins etc Understand of Agile/scrum project planning execution, risk management and resource management Solid knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts Experience conceptualizing, designing, building and deploying front end solutions & components Experience with front end unit testing, visual regression testing, end-to-end testing Experience: Overall 10+ years of industry experience 5+ years of experience of architecting and writing front end code 5+ years handling technical and/or business teams in customer-facing function Collaborate with the business development team Experience leading large-sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff Stay current on industry trends, best practices and related technologies Professional and consultative mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G Global Services, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or long term condition, we are looking to attract, promote and retain exceptional people.
