Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie: analiza systemowa w projektach dla branży ubezpieczeniowej, modelowanie systemów przy użyciu diagramów procesów biznesowych i systemowych, weryfikacja potrzeb biznesowych pod kątem możliwości ich implementacji w systemie, opracowanie rekomendacji dotyczących koncepcji technicznej rozwiązań, wsparcie zespołu developerskiego na etapie projektowania, budowy i wdrażania rozwiązań, współpraca z zespołem QA przy przygotowywaniu scenariuszy testowych, weryfikacja wdrażanych zmian pod kątem zgodności z założeniami biznesowymi i technicznymi, prowadzenie warsztatów analitycznych z interesariuszami i zespołami deweloperskimi, tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji analitycznej, optymalizacja procesów biznesowych. Nasze oczekiwania: min. 5 lat doświadczenia, w tym w projektach integracyjnych (REST API), min. 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku analityka systemowego lub analityka IT, min. 2 lata doświadczenia w branży finansowej, zwłaszcza w sektorze ubezpieczeniowym, doświadczenie w zakresie analizy wymagań użytkownika, rozwoju systemów oraz wdrażaniu nowych funkcjonalności, umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów projektowych, doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi i interesariuszami biznesowymi, umiejętność modelowania w notacji BPMN i UML, znajomość narzędzi: Git, ELK, znajomość technologii BE: Java + Spring Boot 3.3 / Spring 6, Gradle 8, Docker, REST (Feign), Hibernate, znajomość technologii FE: ReactJS (w tym koncepcje, takie jak hooki, API kontekstowe i architektura komponentów), Redux, TypeScript, umiejętność tworzenia zapytań SQL, znajomość wzorców projektowych i dobrych praktyk, biegła znajomość języka polskiego; język angielski – co najmniej B2 znajomość Jira, Confluence, Kotlin, Kafka, SOAP, Camunda, Node.js, Python – mile widziane, znajomość relacyjnych (Oracle) i nierelacyjnych baz danych – Redis, MongoDB – mile widziane.
