Through our behaviours of telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent. • To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G plc's operational risk. • Support delivery of an industry-standard, best-in-class ITSM/SIAM strategy.   • Drive consistent ITSM policies, processes, and procedures that harmonise Service & Integration Management and add business value.   • Develop, implement, and maintain the Availability Management process aligned with ITIL best practices.   • Monitor, measure, and report on service and component availability, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.   • Conduct availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability analyses to proactively identify risks and improvement areas.   • Work closely with Capacity, Incident, Problem, and Change Management teams to ensure end to end service continuity and stability. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure high system uptime, adherence to contracts, and performance against OLAs/SLAs.   • Maintain and improve monitoring strategies, alerting mechanisms, and reporting dashboards to enhance service visibility.   • Provide leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service uptime, resilience, and operational efficiency.
